Description:
Maybe it was a guilty conscience, but Bill Clinton had a hard time condemning Pres. Bush's commutation of Scooter Libby's jail sentence. Clinton, of course, pardoned hundreds of felons who were personal friends. |

jihadlovestoyota ::: Favorites Outing a CIA agent is treachory - Libby protected the scumbags in the White House. 07-07-07 13:32:03 _____________________________________________________
ToesOnFoot ::: Favorites Scooter Libby did not disclose the CIA operative... Scooter Libby was guilty of perjury and obstruction of Justice... Something he has in common with Bill Clinton... Libby screwed up yes, no one is denying that, but everyone is getting the facts wrong about how he screwed up. I don't know if I'd back Bush 100 percent about the commutation but I do know that it's absolutely ridiculous that the Clintons have the gall to criticize it at all. 07-07-06 21:36:40 _____________________________________________________

bottomlineupfront ::: Favorites IMO, he was incoherent because he said, "you know, I think that, you know, they should be able to do what they want to do.. that's what I think, I think..." This coming from the BECAUSE I CAN president! Give me a break. His voice was unathoritative because he knows he's a hypocrit on this issue. 1 finger pointed at Libby/Bush, 4 pointing back at himself. 07-07-06 20:08:10 _____________________________________________________
bottomlineupfront ::: Favorites tooomp, you don't understand the case. Libby was charged with leaking and found guilty of perjury. He shouldn't have been found guilty based on that alone. And it was RICHARD ARMITAGE, not a friend of the Bush Admin, who outed Valerie Plame, and Joe Wilson himself who listed her name in a Who's Who of Washington in the late '90's. Libby had nothing to do with it except that he got caught in the middle of a political witch hunt. 07-07-06 20:06:03 _____________________________________________________
julenisse ::: Favorites how exactly is this incoherent? I understood him perfectly. 07-07-06 16:24:46 _____________________________________________________
tooomp ::: Favorites Libby was a CONVICTED criminal. Monica Lewinsky was threatened with similar charges of obstructing justice. Unlike Libby she chose to come clean. It just goes to show that the people in the Whitehouse, whether Republican or Democrat place themselves above the law, while common folk who make minor infractions are required to pay the ultimate penalty. 07-07-06 11:08:16 _____________________________________________________
spookynshadow ::: Favorites 146 or more pardons on his last day in office including COVICTED Crimminal Mark Rich of among other things TAX EVASION! Then got a hugh donation by Rich's wife to his campaign. Who is he kidding! What a phoney liar 07-07-05 22:46:14 _____________________________________________________ |
