qix77 ::: Favorites The one thing that gets me about a lot of you guys brewing is that you are using glass fermentation. This is ok, however, I tend to use barrels, stainless steel, or even plastic for it. There is nothing wrong with glass... It's just a little odd to me I suppose. Great introduction to beer making. We should start a club and mail our samples to eachother (that is if the law wont' forbid in my state). robg2251 ::: Favorites The beer was an ESB, and it turned out phenominal. Kevin and Sarah (in my book) are some of the best brewers I know now. I've learned a bunch from them, and will be doing some future batches on my own.. with their help of course!
