vfieldsone ::: Favorites So, you think the new testament is bullcrap? I don't mind you telling me what you think. I'm cool with your beliefs if they work for you. I'm not closed minded as some christians. All i know is that i love God. Thank you for all of your responses. Oh, and i do understand your mentality when it comes to certain things in scripture. 07-09-02 19:39:35 __________________________________________________
AReasonToPraise ::: Favorites Thank you for the truth! Thank you!!! 07-09-02 16:47:15 __________________________________________________
mat19238 ::: Favorites We were created to worship Him and Him alone, not to insult him by making up a son and fictionalize upon His Glory.. my final $0.02 07-09-02 10:18:52 __________________________________________________
mat19238 ::: Favorites True God can do anything. But still saying that God procreated is blasphemy. It's like saying you had a son with a dog. Even if it were possible, and you're able to do it doesn't mean you should or would. Please enough blasphemy and read with your mind not only your heart. Reread the new testament with a critical eye and see how its belittling God's Power in many instances. 07-09-02 10:18:24 __________________________________________________
vfieldsone ::: Favorites This isn't at all about God's ability, He can do anything. If you read in the new testament you will find out that things were done as they were for the sake of men. It goes back to the book of Genesis when God told eve that she would eventually bruise the head of the serpent which represented the devil with the heel of her offspring. You just gotta read it for yourself it's awesome and difficult for me to explain at the same time. 07-09-01 17:44:49 __________________________________________________
mat19238 ::: Favorites then is it too hard for God to create a simple man without the need for a father? why would God procreate with a woman to create Jesus? Isn't saying that God procreated Jesus by its own self, blasphemy upon the Glory of the Lord? He who has created Adam with no father nor mother, He who has created the heavens and earth, He who raises the dead for the day of Judgment, He gives and takes his bounty to/from whom ever He choses, can't create a single child in a woman without the need of a man??? 07-09-01 15:56:53 __________________________________________________
vfieldsone ::: Favorites If that's what God wanted to do to redeem man and prepare a body for His Son who was already in His glory, whom the Bible says alwas was, then that's what it is. In the beginning was the Word, the word was with God and the Word was God. That scripture john 1:1 is referring to Jesus. 07-09-01 05:49:29 __________________________________________________
mat19238 ::: Favorites so you're saything that the created is able to crucify the creator?? 07-08-30 19:58:02 __________________________________________________
vfieldsone ::: Favorites Jesus says i and my Father are one. If the father is God then Jesus makes His claim as well. Why do you think they crucified him? No matter what people's understandings of God is, remember God sees the heart of man. Our problem is that we always try to have knowledge over someone else but can't we just get alone if thats what serving God is no matter what religion, then why all of the fighting and division? 07-08-29 21:17:14 __________________________________________________
mat19238 ::: Favorites this speaks volumes about your knowledge of other religions. Muslims believe in the same Almighty God. He's one in the heavens and earth. There is no difference between Muslims and Christians beliefs but one fundamental point: Jesus is not a God but simply a messenger like Moses, Abraham and Mohammad. Congratulations to you Exchristian for seeing the light. 07-08-28 21:04:03 __________________________________________________ |
